Over the years many people have suggested that I write a book, a travel blog or even a food blog, like many people 2020 has given me lots of time to try new things, so this is my first blog attempt. The following posts will be a little bit of everything, stories about touring with Cirque Du Soleil, about my not-so-secret desire to be a chef when I grow up, traveling the world, some recipes I love, and who knows what else….
