Soak the Buckwheat Groats in warm water for at least an hour. This will allow the groats to soften.
Preheat the oven to 300° F (148° C)
Combine all ingredients, except the Groats into a large mixing bowl.
Strain the excess water from Buckwheat. The Groats will be a little slimy, but dont worry.
Add the Buckwheat Groats to the mixing bowl.
Mix all the ingredients together.
Once combined, spread the mixture evenly on a parchment lined baking tray.
Bake the Granola for 45-50 minutes.
Allow the Granola to cool completly before transfering to an air-tight storage container.
